Many Japanese tiles were made to compete with english tiles in asian markets, Hong Kong and Singapore working across the continent to India. In Singapore such tiles, first mostly english and european but later mostly japanese became quite a cultural phenomena with the Peranakan people and their styles. Many were copies of english tiles particularly those made by Johnsons, Maw and Richards that were sold in east asian markets.   Information Tiles For Sale Contacts Order Information
