A pleasant floral design within an aesthetic styled border, good contrast with the white flowers against the dark brown background.

The design was registered by Wm Henry Micklethwait of Rotheram, they are known to have had designs made for them by Sherwin & Cotton but this is likely by Booth or The Decorative Art Tile Co.

There's a small chip on the top edge and another on the bottom edge and a light/medium scratch and a few extremely light surface marks, several minor manufacturing imperfections. The glaze shows high brilliance.

The image is full size at 72 dpi (about 430 pixels wide) in maximum quality JPEG format.

The image is a little oversize rather than cropped close to the edges so that the edges can easily be seen and any chips etc can be quickly spotted. Other marks described are usually not visible at all when the tile is viewed straight as one normally sees it and can only be seen with a critical eye when the tile is tilted to catch imperfections in reflected light.
